GPs must urgently refer almost two million overweight people for NHS cooking and exercise classes under official guidelines published by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (Nice).

We are delighted to announce the launch of our bespoke 1 Day Low FODMAP Workshop. Our Glasgow event is being held on Saturday 25th March at The Atlantic Bar & Brasserie which is the first restaurant in the UK to offer a low FODMAP menu.
