We are delighted to announce the launch of our bespoke 1 Day Low FODMAP Workshop. Our Glasgow event is being held on Saturday 25th March at The Atlantic Bar & Brasserie which is the first restaurant in the UK to offer a low FODMAP menu.

FODMAP’s are naturally occurring carbohydrates which are not absorbed in the small intestine and cause fermentation with the bacteria in the large bowel causing the IBS symptoms of pain wind and bloating. These symptoms are often described as IBS and affect up to 15% of the population.

You will learn the principles behind the Low FODMAP diet and how to adapt recipes which will improve the symptoms of your IBS. You will understand what foods are ALLOWED and what one's should be AVOIDED.

Learn and share the knowledge of our Kings College Trained IBS Specialist Dietitian whilst dining on an Á La carte Low FODMAP & gluten-free 2 course lunch.
