Bite-Size Learning Sessions 

We understand that people are short on time and that it's not always possible to release your staff for long training courses. That's why we offer highly effective flexible tailored bite-sized chunk on site sessions so learners can easily fit training into a vacant slot. Delivered by our Registered Dietitian, training is available either morning, over lunch break or afternoon. You'll get maximum impact in a minimum time.  Certificate of Attendance issued for CPD purposes and training resources.

Sessions last 1½ hours and topics include:

  • Prevention of Weight Loss & Management
  • Nutrition & Hydration Requirements for Older People
  • Eating & Drinking Assessment & Screening for the risk of under-nutrition MUST
  • Menu Planning
  • Dysphagia and Textured Modified Diets

We are delighted to announce the launch of our bespoke 1 Day Low FODMAP Workshop. Our Glasgow event is being held on Saturday 25th March at The Atlantic Bar & Brasserie which is the first restaurant in the UK to offer a low FODMAP menu.
